Museum of Jurassic Technology and Center for Land Use Interpretation

by Gabrielle Antonette and Carrie Nusbaum

In Los Angeles, there are museums and galleries for every day of the year (not fact-checked but probably true). Some of them are so little that we tend to forget about them. One of the most unique is the Museum of Jurassic Technology. We were definitely excited by the exhibits themselves, but even more ooh and aahs were inspired by the surprise tea room and garden upstairs. Well, I guess we are ruining the surprise. Just make sure to go upstairs.

A couple buildings over is the Center for Land Use Interpretation. It's a more hidden gem, so you can impress your friends with this one. It's basically one room with beautiful photographs, videos, and books in it. We will let you discover the details yourself.
